A Jersey Mike's Shift Leader helps run daily store operations, focusing on excellent customer service, leading the team by example, ensuring food quality and safety, managing opening/closing tasks, handling cash, and resolving issues, all while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude and upholding company standards. They supervise staff, train new hires, prepare food, handle customer concerns, and maintain cleanliness, essentially acting as a manager for their specific shift.
