Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Consultant, located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Consultant will also provide strategic consulting services, develop tailored business plans, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while effectively communicating the value Clientship provides through its AI-powered customer experience platform.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Consulting and Business Planning
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage clients and convey insights
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with customer experience (CX) solutions is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a business development or consulting role preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
