Associate-Senior

We have partnered with a highly respected and steadily growing law firm in Southern New Hampshire to identify a
mid-level Associate Attorney
to join its litigation team. The firm is looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in courtroom advocacy, strong writing and analytical abilities, and experience managing a range of dispute-resolution processes. This position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful legal work in a supportive, team-oriented setting This position will pay $130-160K+ depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle appearances in court and participate in various legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and related documents
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and case organization
• Manage discovery efforts and evaluate case materials
• Take part in negotiations, mediations, and arbitration sessions
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to shape case strategy
• Provide thoughtful, ethical advocacy on behalf of clients
• Engage in occasional community-focused or service-oriented initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Strong oral advocacy skills and the ability to present arguments clearly and persuasively
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical capabilities
• Exposure to mediation, arbitration, and other dispute-resolution processes
• Experience preparing witnesses and managing discovery
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to high-quality legal work
