IT Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Tech to join our team.

This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining network security to facilitate efficient business operations. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business clients and professionals
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware & software issues
• Support network infrastructure, servers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Document incidents and resolutions
• Collaborate with the IT team members on larger projects and installations
• Ensure timely escalation of complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience in technical support roles.
• Strong Time managemnet skills and the ability to multitask
• Diverse knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts including LAN setup, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
• Experience with IT infrastructure management including server administration and network device configuration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer service standards.

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
