Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be proficient with various computer applications, and have experience in clerical and customer support roles. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct them appropriately using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings or events as needed
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Officeband other office management tools for daily tasks
- Support administrative functions such as billing
- Assist with customer support by addressing client questions or concerns efficiently
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming
- Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and maintaining records
Experience
- Minimum 1 year previous hotel front desk experience required
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience with a focus on professional communication and phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele and staff
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, calendar management, and time management skills

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
