• Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and resident preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and infection control procedures.
• Assist with special events and themed meals as needed.
• Collaborate with the Dining Services team to ensure exceptional service.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
• Experience in food service or healthcare dining environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and manage time effectively.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
