• Competitive Pay: $25-$35/hr

• Consistent Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), 3 days per week

• Scheduling Flexibility: Exact days are discussed during the interview-no weekend requirement

• Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed

• Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians

• Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition

• Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary

• Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents

• Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided by the team aligns with resident care plans and personal wishes

• Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner

• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support

We provide personalized training and ongoing support so you feel confident in your role while continuing to develop professionally.

• Current LPN license in good standing

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and uphold long-term care regulations and standards
