Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing away used dishes and utensils promptly.
• Support food preparation efforts by preparing ingredients as needed for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as required during events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.

Skills

• Experience in bussing and cleaning within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
