The Jr. IT Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects within the healthcare sector. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and bilingual professional with a strong interest in healthcare technology and process improvement.

Role Duties:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a centralized SharePoint repository for all IT units to optimize knowledge management and standardize technical and operational documentation.
  • Define the repository's structure, taxonomy, version control, and governance policies to ensure information integrity and traceability.
  • Coordinate with Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure the repository's architecture adheres to corporate policies and access standards.
  • Organize user training sessions and provide ongoing support to promote adoption of the new framework and reduce document duplication.
  • Implement monitoring and adoption metrics to assess repository effectiveness and continuously optimize content structure.
  • Lead the initiative to mitigate SPAM-identified calls across all active outbound campaigns, improving affiliate contact rates.
  • Analyze and evaluate internal and third-party technological solutions for phone number validation and authentication.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure adherence to local and federal regulations (FCC and TCPA).
  • Develop monitoring dashboards and performance metrics to track SPAM number status and measure strategy effectiveness.
  • Propose the adoption of authentication protocols and call verification mechanisms to strengthen brand reputation and corporate identity validation.

Education & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) – strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Plus:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry (e.g., hospitals, health insurance, or medical systems).
  • Agile SAFe certification or familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
