Line Cook

The Waters Grill is a coastal-inspired neighborhood restaurant known for fresh ingredients, great hospitality, and a fun, fast-paced environment. We're looking for reliable and motivated Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
• Set up, maintain, and break down your station daily
• Ensure quality, consistency, and proper portioning during service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and receiving product
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• 1+ year line cook experience preferred (will train motivated candidates)
• Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
