    About the role

    You will work within the Technical Services team which sits within a broader science team that includes Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Pharmacovigilence and Scientific Affairs functions. As we work within an FMCG environment we are fast paced and collaborate across functions to achieve deadlines and maintain the quality standards of our medicines and other cosmetic and food products. There are opportunities to work cross functionally and grow and develop within the business with hands on opportunities to explore.

    In this role you will be responsible for coordinating technical functions related to product stability across all product categories, including AUST L, AUST R, Food, and Cosmetics. Key responsibilities include the preparation of stability protocols, coordination of GMP pre-clearance documentation, and submission of related applications.

    You will maintain compliance documentation including GMP Agreements, Vendor Qualification and stability protocols.

    The role supports the Technical Services team with ongoing projects such as licensing activities, and validation programs—including analytical method validation and manufacturing process validation.

    In addition, this position provides technical support for R&D, product development, and other technical projects in collaboration with both internal teams and external organisations. It is also responsible for overseeing New Product Development projects and assisting the Associate Manager, Technical Services with technical issues and troubleshooting related to PharmaCare products.

    This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.


    Skills And Experiences

    About you

  • 2-3 years of related experience in related industry
  • Regulatory and/or Quality experience in a related industry desireable
  • Degree qualified in science or related discipline
  • Analytical lab experience 
  • Enjoy a busy work day
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
