We provide all the training you need, so you don't need to be a professional swim coach to apply—just bring your energy, positivity, and love for kids

What You'll Do:

• Teach swimming skills using our proven SafeSplash curriculum
• Keep classes safe, structured, and fun
• Encourage and motivate swimmers with positive feedback
• Communicate with families about swimmer progress (we'll train you on this, too)
• Be part of a team that supports each other and loves what they do

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for working with kids and helping them grow
• Comfort in and around the water (swim background a plus, but not required)
• Reliable, responsible, and energetic personality
• Availability on weekends
