Maintenance / Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Duties:
- Maintain the physical aspect of the hotel
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations
- Interpret and work based on guests needs
- Preventative maintenance of public and guest areas
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience with electrical systems
- Ability to understand basic plumbing
- Skilled in supervising maintenance activities
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
