As we continue scaling our operations, we're seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead high-impact recruiting initiatives and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for both internal and client workforce needs.


Role Overview

As a Senior Recruiter at Mc3 Partners, you'll drive full-cycle recruitment across a range of industries and disciplines, with a focus on cleared and technical talent. You'll serve as a strategic partner to clients and hiring managers, lead sourcing and assessment efforts, and mentor junior team members. This role blends hands-on recruiting with leadership, process optimization, and client engagement.
This role will be on site 5 days a week.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-executive level roles across technical, professional, and leadership functions
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define hiring strategies, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and AI-powered tools
  • Conduct candidate assessments, manage interview processes, and guide offer negotiations
  • Present qualified candidate slates and provide consultative feedback to clients and hiring teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on hiring goals and continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators, providing guidance and support on complex requisitions
  • Contribute to employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing campaigns
  • Optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, EEO regulations, background checks, and client-specific requirements
  • Stay current on labor market trends, sourcing innovations, and recruiting best practices

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency, RPO, or in-house)
  • Proven success recruiting for cleared roles, technical talent, and leadership positions
  • Strong sourcing and assessment skills, including Boolean search and behavioral interviewing
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering consultative recruiting solutions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative approach

Preferred:

  • Experience in RPO, retained search, or project-based recruiting
  • Familiarity with recruiting automation, AI sourcing tools.
  • Background in employer branding or talent marketing
  • Prior experience in government contracting or security clearance-based hiring
