Position Overview
We are seeking polished and service-driven Servers & Bartenders who thrives in a refined yet fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in crafting memorable guest experiences, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism behind the bar and on the floor.
This role supports both full-service dining and bar operations, including craft cocktails, wine service, and elevated dinner service.
Key Responsibilities Service
- Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service to all guests in the dining room and bar.
- Guide guests through menu offerings, including nightly features, wine lists, and cocktail selections.
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and spirits to make accurate recommendations.
- Ensure tables and bar-top areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining a luxury level of attention and pacing.
Bartending
- Prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking product and prepping garnishes.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and monitor guest consumption.
- Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions with accuracy.
Teamwork & Operations
- Collaborate smoothly with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service flow.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including side work, restocking, and end-of-shift cleaning.
- Uphold the standards, culture, and guest service philosophy of the White Buffalo Club.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior serving and/or bartending experience required; fine dining or boutique hotel experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to maintain composure during high-volume periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest engagement.
- Knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and elevated dining service techniques is a plus (training provided).
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess (or be willing to obtain) a TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification.
