Internal Sales & Customer Support – FTC Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Fixed-Term Hours: Full-time

Are you passionate about sales and building lasting customer relationships? Do you enjoy seeing a sale through from first contact to final delivery? We’re working with a well-established and supportive business in Wolverhampton, looking for a proactive and personable Internal Sales & Customer Support Executive to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

In this role, you won’t be making cold calls all day – instead, you’ll be re-engaging lapsed customers, responding to incoming enquiries, and developing long-term partnerships. You’ll handle everything from initial outreach, quoting and sampling, through to order management and follow-up.

What you'll be doing: Proactively reaching out to existing and lapsed customers to re-establish and grow relationships Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry to order fulfilment Sending tailored quotes and organising product samples Following up on samples, checking stock, and ensuring customers have what they need Identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business Keeping the CRM system updated with key activity and notesWhat we're looking for: Previous experience in Internal Sales, Account Management, or a similar role Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships over the phone and via email Excellent attention to detail – you’ll be juggling multiple customer needs at once Experience in a manufacturing or product-based business is desirable Confident using IT systems and CRMs to track customer activityWhy apply?
