Position Summary
Odyssey Family Practice is a *PA-owned, PA-led medical practice* seeking a *Physician Associate (PA)* to join our growing team in Alaska. This role is *primarily Family Practice* with *rotational Urgent Care coverage*. We prioritize *work-life balance*, clinical autonomy, and strong team support.
You’ll join a collaborative group of *four experienced PAs* in a well-established practice serving a close-knit community on the Kenai Peninsula.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
* Participate in scheduled Urgent Care rotation
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
* Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
* Document efficiently using *eClinicalWorks (eCW)* EMR
* Collaborate with PAs, clinical staff, and leadership
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
* Licensed or license-eligible *Physician Associate (PA)* in Alaska
* *3+ years of clinical experience preferred - but not required * (Family Practice and/or Urgent Care)
* Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
* Comfortable working independently with team support
* Experience with *eClinicalWorks* preferred but not required
