The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for maintaining current customer satisfaction with service and sales, and generate new sales/business thru sales initiatives and goals. Provide professional services with product knowledge, problem solving, and order enhancement. Reports to: Inside Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications

Working conditions vary and will include warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods. May include some travel
both by car and by air. Manufacturing client facilities may have hazards or dirty conditions. Supervisory Responsibilities

Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internet. Writes orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures. Maintain current customer base. Meet established monthly sales goals. Communicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/or other departments for all Frost pertinent activities. Communicate process improvement ideas. Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials. Maintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services. Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $50000 to $60000 annually. Other Compensation
