Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Packaging Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the seamless packaging of high-quality products. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Duties
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, seal, and prepare products for distribution in accordance with production schedules.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control automated packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Conduct quality inspections during packaging to verify product integrity, labeling accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by properly storing packaged goods and materials, following safety protocols.
- Use forklift and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials and finished products efficiently within the facility.
- Assist with assembly tasks when needed, supporting continuous production flow and operational flexibility.
Experience
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus; certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automated manufacturing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely using appropriate PPE and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

Pay: $ $25.77 per hour
