Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer (CMS & Integrations) to join our team and work across different workstreams depending on project needs. This role combines hands-on work on an internal custom product, ongoing maintenance and evolution of Webflow and WordPress sites, and the development of API-based integrations with third-party services.
If you enjoy switching between product development, CMS platforms, and integrations—while owning your work in a fully remote environment—this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work on the development and maintenance of a custom internal application (Insight product).
- Implement new features, fixes, and releases using Laravel, React, and Tailwind/CSS.
- Maintain and evolve Webflow websites, including visual, structural, and content changes using Webflow CMS.
- Handle hotfixes and ensure responsive behavior across devices in Webflow.
- Perform general maintenance of WordPress sites, including bug fixing and theme/plugin updates.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party services via APIs.
- Develop webhooks, jobs, and integration functions using / JavaScript.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
WHAT YOU BRING
4+ Professional experience as a Web Developer or Full Stack Developer.
Hands-on experience with Laravel, React, and API development/consumption.
Practical experience using Webflow (Designer and CMS).
3 years of experience with WordPress, including themes, plugins, PHP, and databases.
Experience building integrations, webhooks, or services with / JavaScript.
Familiarity with databases, authentication, and deployments (e.g., DigitalOcean).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
