Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead our team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support the day-to-day operations of our park.

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of park operations, including staff management, guest service, event planning and safety compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of activities and events.

Assist with staffing, training, and scheduling.

Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

Monitor team members on performance to ensure success in meeting individual goals as well as career growth

Enforce and uphold all safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.

Ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly park checklists.

Monitor Park cleanliness, facility maintenance, and equipment functionality.

Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional, positive manner.

Assist with sales goals, revenue growth, and expense control.

Assist with inventory, ordering, pick-ups and deliveries from vendors

Open and close the park as scheduled, ensuring all procedures are followed.

Manage money handling responsibilities, including cash counts, deposits, and reconciliation.

Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and community outreach as a "Community Ambassador"

Step in as acting General Manager when needed.

Qualifications:

Previous leadership or management experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, events or customer service industries.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds

First Aid/CPR/AED Certification

Serv Safe Certification or experience with food safety

Knowledge of POS systems

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.

Passion for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for families and guests.

Pay: From $31,500.00 per year
