Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic THE Weekend Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by regularly cleaning tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Help with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours by assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and cleaning supplies.
• Organize and restock supplies in the kitchen as necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with bussing techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or banquet settings will be beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
