Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a lively environment, with experience in food and beverage service, including fine dining, nightclub, and banquet settings. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. The bartender will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently serving drinks and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving
• Assist with food service when necessary, including serving food at events or in fine dining settings
• Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or catering events
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience

Experience

• Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or hospitality is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
• Strong skills in sales, serving, food safety, and food handling are essential
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are required
• Experience in beverage preparation including brewing techniques is advantageous
