Front Desk Receptionist

Lee Christian School is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our school community. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist families, students, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Check students in and out following school procedures
• Answer and direct phone calls and messages
• Provide general information and support to parents, staff, and students
• Assist with basic office tasks and administrative support
• Maintain a calm, organized front desk in a fast-paced school environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be highly dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Experience in a school or office setting is preferred but not required
