Job Summary
Impact Pediatric Therapy and Lacatation Support is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team to have a positive impact on children. In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and/or feeding disorders in pediatric patients across various settings, including schools, clinics, and early intervention programs. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding functions in pediatric populations
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing safety
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support across environments
- Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies to optimize outcomes
- Educate families on techniques and exercises to reinforce therapy goals at home
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and compliance records in accordance with regulatory standards
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in school or early intervention settings
- Strong knowledge of pediatrics, including typical developmental milestones and communication disorders
- Expertise in speech therapy techniques for a variety of speech and language challenges
- Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and interpret medical terminology effectively
- Familiarity with early intervention practices to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals

Pay: $ $67.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
