Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized front desk Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office management, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with various office software tools. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and staff.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Administrative Assistant – Home Care Agency (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)

  • We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to help manage daily operations in our home care agency.

Answer phones and take detailed messages

  • Assist with caregiver scheduling and client appointments
  • Complete caregiver onboarding and paperwork
  • Maintain client files and office records
  • Support EVV, clock-in/clock-out issues, and timesheets
  • Provide customer service to clients and caregivers
  • Help with daily office tasks and communication

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or reception duties
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
