We are looking for a person with relevant experience of Bartender who is outgoing, positive, enthusiastic. The bartender can also refer to the public-facing area where bartenders interact directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: represent the face of Axe to Grind axe throwing to share our axe enthusiasm in a fun and professional manner.
• Greet guests, take drink and food orders, make recommendations, and provide excellent customer service.
• Training for alcohol certification required.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks and snacks.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Evaluate customer's needs and make recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service, so guests feel taken care of.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and prepare drinks menu.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Work closely with barbacks to restock and replenish bar inventory.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Able to walk or stand for long periods.
• Manage draft beer supply by changing kegs as needed.
• Help keep the bar area clean and assist with restocking and cleaning tasks during and after shifts.
• Ensure the bar is continuously stocked with liquor bottles, garnishes, ice, and clean glassware.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of experience as a bartender.
• We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Bartender who is quick with a pour and can provide guests with a top-notch drinking experience that we are famous for. Candidates will have an extensive cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge and make sure our guests feel valued and well taken care of.
• Prepare and serve beverages: Craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and make non-alcoholic beverages quickly and precisely for servers.
• Manage inventory and stock: Keep liquor, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies fully stocked.
• Communicate shortages to the bar manager.
• Maintain a clean workstation: Ensure a clean and sanitized work area throughout service, including washing glassware and wiping down counters.
• Strong results orientation: do what needs to be done and take initiative to prevent problems before they occur.
• Communicate effectively: Work seamlessly with servers and other kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service, especially during busy periods
