Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Saint-Louis. The BCBA will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, analyze data, and provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaboration with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams will be essential to ensure the delivery of highest-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The BCBA will also monitor client progress and update treatment plans as necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and adherence to ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Proficiency in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Experience in developing, supervising, and training RBTs and other clinical staff
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with ABA best practices
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred
• Licensure in Missouri
