As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Dependability and punctuality is an absolute requirement.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards in food handling.
• A proactive attitude towards teamwork, helping colleagues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
