Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety regulations and protocols.
- Properly utilize all required PPE.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to using PPE.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
