We are seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our logistics team in Provo, Utah. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and retrieving items from our warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your precision in picking items will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our operations. You will utilize scanning devices and follow picking lists to locate and gather products. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the correct items and quantities are selected. This position requires the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. We place a high emphasis on Safety; all employees must strictly adhere to warehouse safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs, and requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Use scanning equipment to record picked items and update inventory.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and other warehouse tasks as needed.
