We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and efficient dispatch of our products to customers nationwide. As a Shipping Clerk, you will manage all aspects of the shipping process, from order verification and preparation to carrier coordination and documentation. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly, minimizing errors and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for generating shipping labels, preparing bills of lading, and tracking shipments to their final destinations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment are key. You will collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of orders and with carriers to arrange pickups and resolve any transit issues. A commitment to Safety is paramount; adherence to all warehouse safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves frequent Lifting of packages, and candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably. Responsibilities:
- Verify order details and prepare shipping documentation.
