This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding duties, including frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs), standing, walking, and operating warehouse equipment. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are vital for maintaining inventory accuracy and fulfilling orders correctly. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from warehouse locations according to customer order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage outgoing shipments and coordinate with transportation partners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting, typically up to 60 lbs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent heavy lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
