Your primary duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, ensuring that products move efficiently through our facility. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations, and utilizing equipment safely and effectively. We emphasize the importance of safety in all aspects of warehouse operations, and you will be expected to wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves regular physical activity, including significant lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - certification may be required) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving significant lifting, typically up to 60 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and prolonged standing.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management principles is beneficial.
