In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position requires a strong commitment to Safety and efficiency. You will work closely with team members to ensure that all operational targets are met and that inventory is managed accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within the distribution center.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transportation, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Commitment to upholding a strong Safety culture.
- Must be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
