Job Summary:
Our **Logistics** department in Des Moines, Iowa is looking for a diligent Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify shipping addresses and order details.
  • Package products securely for transit, ensuring product **Safety**.
  • Label packages correctly for domestic and international shipping.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments as needed.
  • Adhere to all **Safety** procedures and regulations.
  • Wear appropriate **PPE** at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with **Safety** protocols and **PPE** usage in a warehouse setting.
