This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and material handling. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets within the logistics framework.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A proven commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to company policies is essential. Forklift certification is a strong asset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
