Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Tampa, Florida! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our expanding e-commerce operations. This role involves accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring timely shipment, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment to minimize errors.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform frequent Lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the logistics operation through teamwork and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is highly desirable. Must possess the physical stamina for continuous movement and Lifting. A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential for order fulfillment. Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures is required. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets. Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
