We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. This role is essential for managing inventory, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical part in our logistics chain, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load outbound trucks efficiently.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and efficient logistics.
