Your responsibilities will encompass receiving and stocking goods, accurately picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. The role demands physical activity, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any safety concerns or operational issues promptly.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness and ability to wear required PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
