Join our thriving distribution center in Dallas, Texas, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to contribute to the seamless operations of our logistics facility. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key role in various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This is a versatile position that requires adaptability and a willingness to learn different aspects of warehouse management. You will be responsible for handling incoming goods, organizing inventory, accurately fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial. This role involves significant physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and walking throughout the warehouse. Safety is our highest priority, and all associates must strictly adhere to all Safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are committed to fostering a secure and productive workplace. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate PPE during all tasks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
