Join our team and be a part of our legacy! We are currently seeking a highly self-motivated and customer service focused individual to join our Inside Sales Team in a junior position. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for selling our full product line to an assigned account package consisting of some of our existing customers out of our Sterling location. In addition, this role will fill in as the primary back-up while other team members are out on leave. This position will be expected to assist team members in expediting orders and tracking down purchase orders. Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, in office Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $55,000- $60,000 annually depending on experience. Essential Functions: Work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting multiple product lines and developing a pipeline of prospective opportunities within an existing customer base. Follow-up on bids and proposals to sell quoted bills of material. Provide back-up by assisting team members who are out of the office with their customer's inbound requests and orders. Track and provide updates to team members regarding their open orders. Convert inbound sales inquiries into orders. Demonstrate a professional attitude, conduct, and appearance. Maintain customer satisfaction by accurately providing quotes, processing orders, and consistently keeping customers updated on the status of their orders among other responsibilities. Build and maintain customer relationships through outstanding customer service. Participate in training to maintain and grow basic knowledge of electrical products. Perform all other associated tasks assigned by the Leadership team. Job Qualifications: Positive attitude and hunger for success High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior successful sales experience preferred but not required. 1-3 years of experience in the Electrical industry preferred but not required. Keen attention to detail. Strong ability to multi-task and follow-up skills required. Computer proficiency preferred; Eclipse software system knowledge is helpful. Excellent written communication skills.
