We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and updating inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
