Our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility is seeking an efficient Order Picker to join our **logistics** team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We maintain a strong commitment to workplace **safety**, providing all necessary **PPE** and comprehensive **safety** training. The position involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing, and **lifting** up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order lists or system prompts.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Use order picking equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the picking areas.
- Adhere to all **safety** procedures and guidelines.
- Properly use all required **PPE**.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support **logistics**.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to **lift** up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection.
- Understanding of **safety** protocols and **PPE** usage.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
