We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Dallas, Texas. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order slips, preparing them for shipment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You'll work closely with other warehouse associates to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is committed to upholding high standards of performance. We are looking for individuals who are proactive and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Use handheld scanners or other technology to track picked items.
- Ensure correct product identification and quantities are picked.
- Transport picked items to packing or shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Must be comfortable with physical demands, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
