We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, ensuring accuracy and maintaining product integrity. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to our high standards of **Safety** and efficiency. You will be responsible for operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, and adhering to all warehouse procedures. This role is fundamental to our **Logistics** operations, ensuring our customers receive their products correctly and on time. You will work closely with other warehouse associates to maintain an organized and productive workspace. Proper use of **PPE** is mandatory at all times. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify product information, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely operate picking equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all **Safety** protocols and company policies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with **PPE** requirements in a warehouse setting.
