The ideal candidate is a motivated, energetic individual with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for everything from receiving incoming goods to dispatching outgoing orders, playing a vital role in our supply chain. We emphasize safety in all our operations, and adherence to safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Organize and restock shelves and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement efforts in logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Willingness to learn and operate new equipment and systems.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
