Join our bustling warehouse team in Baltimore, Maryland as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking energetic individuals to assist in various warehouse functions, contributing to the efficient flow of inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, supporting daily operations with a focus on accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (if trained and certified) and pallet jacks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Support the logistics team in daily operational tasks.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control principles.
