Job Duties/Tasks
Make outbound sales calls to customers.
Take inbound calls from customers and handle enquiries.
Achieve personal KPI‘s and objectives with target Customers.
Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within Customer base.
Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activities.
Collate feedback from customer base on a monthly basis.
Spread awareness on the Brands covered by the Vehicle Manufacturer.
Experience, skills and key competencies
Be a self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships.
Be a confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast paced and/or telesales environment (not essential).
Have a passion for providing a great Customer service experience.
Have the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
IT literate with knowledge of MS Excel.
Build sales skills and grow your confidence.
Ongoing training and support.
Commission plan and incentives.
Company activities (Christmas parties, game days, charity events, etc).
Fun, friendly team environment.
This is a hybrid role, working from home and at the OEC office in Newbury 3 days a week.
