RehabVisions is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in *Ellensburg, Washington* for a hospital-based clinic role with the best of both worlds: inpatient + outpatient variety, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and the chance to treat across the lifespan—including pediatrics. *What You’ll Do*
* Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing needs (as appropriate to caseload)
* Complete bedside swallow assessments and participate in swallow studies with imaging when indicated
* Create and progress individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes
* Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharges accurately and on time
* Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
* Help plan, market, and develop programs that meet community needs
* Present in-services to fellow staff therapists and clinical teams
* Support day-to-day rehab department operations
*What You’ll Need*
* Master’s degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology
* Graduate of an accredited/certified therapy program
* Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
* *ASHA CCC-SLP preferred*
* Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
